Every child is a gift from God, hand crafted by Him in the womb. Here at LWBC, we work to create an environment where your children feel loved, safe, and secure.
Children’s Ministry
At LWBC kids, we believe that it is important that children begin learning the bible from an early age. Here your child will be led through the bible with lessons and activates based on their age.
JV & Senior High Youth
JV and High School students meet on Sunday and Wednesday evenings to explore important biblical concepts in both large and small group settings.
Adult Ministries
Living Word Adult Ministries aim to provide a Christian community for men and women based on their phase of life. These ministries offer a place for fellowship and encouragement.
Deaf Ministries
The Living Word Deaf Church Worship service is held on Sunday Mornings at 10:00 AM in room 600. Pastor John Wyble oversees this ministry at Living Word.
Men’s Ministry
Men of all ages are welcome to join us at Bible & Bacon. We meet on the second and fourth Saturdays at 9:00 AM for breakfast and bible study. Click below to see what we are currently studying.
Women’s Ministries
Living Word has many opportunities for women’s bible study and fellowship. Offerings include weekly studies, yearly conferences, as well as opportunities for service.
Under the Son Academy
A ministry of Living Word Baptist Church, UTSA is an educational cooperative for homeschool families in Forest, VA and the greater Lynchburg area.
